Before we get started on this one. Just wanted to bring up that unlike my all other blogs on GoBanjare.com this would be more like a Photo Blog. A blog about the Street Art in the city of New Delhi, India!
My current #knowyourcity trail took me to this beautiful place in Lodhi Colony area, New Delhi! This area has double story government quarters and some market areas. The art pieces are drawn over the quarter walls. Various lanes take you to different work of excellence.
The walls are painted with huge art pieces, each one of them is splendid in its own way! And they depict a story. A story about the person who created them and about the art.
Also, not to mention that these are a perfect backdrop for your Selfies, Instagram pictures, videos etc 😛
Where can I find them!
Most of them are in between the colonies of Meharchand Market and Khanna Market, Lodhi Road. You need to explore the place around. Walk your walk to discover these street arts, I am sure you will not regret!
How can I reach them!
- You can drive down to Lodhi Colony, area just opposite to the Lodhi Garden
- Nearest Metro Station would be Zor Bagh, take a Rickshaw from there for any of the above-mentioned markets and explore around
So without any more explanation, as these pieces of art are hard to describe, will let them speak for themselves. Please have a look and enjoy!

Here are some more of these. Apart from this location, there are various other locations around the city where you can spot the Street Art! Stay Tuned till I wander around more and Share the same with you 😉
Share if you have already encountered these beauties in Delhi, would love to know your experience. Go Banjare 🙂
